1. Information We Collect

1. Contact information: your email address, collected at the quiz email step and used to create your account.
2. Quiz answers: age range, body shape, height and weight, eye/hair/skin colouring, undertone, lifestyle, budget, location, and style preferences you provide while taking the quiz.
3. An optional photo: you may choose to upload a face or body photo for a more precise colour match or to use virtual try-on. This is always optional and skippable.
4. Payment information: handled directly by Stripe, our payment processor. We do not receive or store your full card number.
5. Usage and device data: pages and quiz steps viewed, general device and browser information, collected via PostHog (product analytics).
6. Advertising and attribution data: ad click identifiers and campaign parameters (for example from Meta ads), used to measure which ads led to a signup, via Meta Pixel and the Meta Conversions API.

2. How We Use Your Information

1. To generate your personalised colour palette, body-shape guidance, capsule wardrobe list, and outfit suggestions.
2. To create and manage your account and process your subscription payments.
3. To send transactional emails — welcome, purchase receipts, and cancellation confirmations — via Resend.
4. To understand, in aggregate, how people move through the quiz and improve it.
5. To measure ad performance and attribute signups to the campaigns that drove them. We do not sell your personal information to third parties for their own advertising purposes.

1. Essential cookies that let the quiz function, including a signed anonymous identifier that lets your answers survive a page refresh before you have an account.

4. An attribution cookie that stores the campaign parameters from your first visit, so we can credit the ad that brought you here.

6. How Long We Keep Your Information

1. Account details (name, email, profile information) are kept while your account is active, and deleted or anonymised within 30 days of account closure or prolonged inactivity.
2. Quiz answers and style data are kept only while your account is active, and deleted or anonymised within 30 days of closure or inactivity.
3. Transactional data (invoices, payment records) may be retained for up to 7 years to comply with tax and accounting laws.
4. Technical and log data (device identifiers, usage logs) may be retained for up to 12 months for security and troubleshooting.
5. Optional quiz photos are capped at the 3 most recent per visitor; older photos are deleted automatically as new ones are added.
