Stailio is a style quiz that generates a personalised colour palette, body-shape guidance, a capsule wardrobe list, and daily outfit suggestions. You may optionally upload a photo for a more precise colour match or to use virtual try-on.

Results are AI-assisted stylistic guidance based on the information you provide. They are not professional, medical, or fit-guarantee advice, and outcomes will vary.

An account is created after purchase. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activity under your account. Accounts are for your personal, individual use and may not be shared or transferred.

Paid plans, pricing, billing, cancellation, and refunds are governed by our Subscription & Refund Policy, which is part of these Terms.

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Acceptable Use Policy. Violating it is a breach of these Terms.

Stailio may reference or link to third-party brands and retailers. We are not responsible for their products, pricing, availability, or policies.

We may suspend or terminate your access for breach of these Terms, non-payment, or unlawful use of the Service.

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, including uninterrupted or error-free availability. We do not guarantee that any outfit, product, or recommendation will be available, fit, or perform as expected.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Stailio is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the Service is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Wyoming.

If you are a consumer resident outside the United States, this does not deprive you of the protection of any mandatory consumer-protection provisions of the law of your country of residence, and you may also bring proceedings in your local courts where applicable law allows it.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continuing to use the Service after a change becomes effective means you accept the updated Terms.
